SAUJET Holdings is pleased to announce its strategic equity investment in Barberino’s, Italy’s leading men’s grooming brand. This marks SAUJET Holdings’ first investment in the men’s grooming category, a significant step in the company’s long-term strategy to thoughtfully expand its portfolio beyond niche perfumery and into complementary lifestyle sectors.

Barberino’s, founded in Milan, has built a strong reputation as a modern-day barbershop rooted in Italian tradition. The brand is celebrated for combining classic grooming rituals with contemporary design and an elevated customer experience. With a robust footprint across Italy, Barberino’s currently operates one U.S. location on Madison Avenue in New York City, which has already begun to draw a loyal following.

The new capital infusion from SAUJET Holdings will support Barberino’s next phase of growth, including the expansion of its U.S. retail presence through additional flagship locations, development of its direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-consumer (BTC) initiatives, and the launch of its initial wholesale strategy in the United States.
